My embroidery quilt is progressing, up to now. I finished Block 2 and was waiting for an opportunity to write a blog post about it. While waiting for the opportunity, I finished block 3 as well. It is a small block, so no miracles happened in the meantime.

Block 4 is prepped and I have already put a few stitches on it. It is, however, to big to put in one photo, so here is the picture in 3 parts (my camera's panoramic view wasn't working with me)

What I have learned so far, is that it is very difficult to work with Metallic thread if you do not have the right needle. I hope to have a needle that will accommodate the thread very soon. Any suggestions from those of you who does hand embroidery?
Lastely, we had a visitor the other day - a guinea fowl! They pass through the neigbourhood about once a year and normally they stay away from our yard. This time there were 3, all playing around in our yard!
Tot later!
Until later!
